Genome assembly of the bacterial strain Sulfitobacter pontiacus which was isolated from the algal strain <em>Emiliania huxleyi</em> CCMP1516. Genome sequencing was performed using PacBio platform. The assembly of the genome was performed in the analysis software SMRTlink.
本数据集包含从藻类菌株赫氏颗石藻（Emiliania huxleyi）CCMP1516中分离得到的Pontiac硫化杆菌（Sulfitobacter pontiacus）的基因组组装结果。该菌株的基因组测序采用PacBio测序平台完成，基因组组装工作通过分析软件SMRTlink完成。
