Sampling was carried out by means of photo-transects taken by SCUBA-divers with a Nikonos V camera, a 15-mm lens and a Nikonos SB-104 strobe, mounted on an aluminium frame (50 x 50 cm).本研究的采样通过摄影样带法（photo-transects）完成，该样带由水肺潜水员（SCUBA-divers）借助安装于50×50厘米铝制框架上的尼康诺斯V型相机、15毫米镜头及尼康诺斯SB-104型频闪灯拍摄获取。
