RIP-seq from ENO1 (Enolase 1)

Enolase 1 (ENO1), a glycolytic enzyme, has recently been implicated as an RNA-binding protein that plays a crucial role in regulating the fate of downstream RNAs. Our research has uncovered that ENO1, functioning as an RNA-binding protein, regulates breast cancer progression by binding to the transcription factor MYBL2 (B-MYB). In simple terms, ENO1 stabilizes the expression of B-MYB at the transcriptional level.
