African American Burial Grounds in the Louisiana River Parishes

This dataset documents African American burial grounds in the Louisiana River Parishes. The sites were recorded from 2023-2024 using drone lidar, neural rendering, and ambisonics. This project was funded by the National Park Service, the Architecture Research Centers Consortium, and Louisiana State University. The project leads were Brendan Harmon, Nicholas Serrano, and Annicia Streete. This dataset is released under the Creative Commons Zero public domain dedication. This dataset is divided into the following parts: lidar (28 GB), scans (15 GB), and soundscapes (41 GB).
