Focus Group Analysis on Human-Food and Social Resonance towards vegan and vegetarian diets

This dataset contains analyzed data from a focus group study on human-food relationships in Dresden, Germany. The focs lies on results gained with regards to the influence of social encounters and relationships on dietary decision making. The participants' names were pseudonymized. The analysis was conducted via qualitative content analysis using MAXQDA whereas the following codes are displayed: social affect, social alienation, horizontal axis - intimate relationships, horizontal axis - family relationships, horizontal axis - societal settings, horizontal axis - animals as moral subjects . The resonance theory of the German sociologist Hartmut Rosa was applied as the theoretical backdrop. The following Excel displays the interpretation of the coded segments with regards to inspiration, support and discouragement.
本数据集包含德国德累斯顿市人类与饮食关系焦点小组研究的经分析后数据。本研究核心关注社交互动与社会关系对饮食决策的影响相关研究结论。研究参与者的姓名已进行假名匿名化处理。本次分析借助MAXQDA软件开展定性内容分析,所呈现的编码类目如下:社会情感、社会疏离、横轴维度——亲密关系、横轴维度——家庭关系、横轴维度——社会场域、横轴维度——作为道德主体的动物。本研究以德国社会学家哈特穆特·罗萨(Hartmut Rosa)提出的共振理论作为理论基础。下述Excel文件呈现了编码片段在启发、支持与抑制三个维度上的解读结果。
