Residential atlas Berlin — Apartment sales 2012-2017 per 1,000 apartments

At the level of forecast rooms, the proportion of apartments sold in apartment buildings per 1,000 apartments sold in 2012-2017 is represented.
In 2012-2017 apartments were sold in Berlin in the order of 4.5 % of the total housing stock (2012). Sales of newly built condominiums, apartments in single and two-family houses and parcel sales have not been taken into account. A declaration of division (conversion) must be available. At the level of forecast rooms, the disposal rate per 1,000 apartments is presented. The sale rate was below five out of a thousand homes in four forecast rooms. The lowest sales were in the forecast area Nördliches Weißensee (0.7) followed by Kaulsdorf/Mahlsdorf (2.7). No information was available for a forecast room. 17 forecast rooms recorded more than 50 divestments per thousand homes. The highest sales rate was Friedrichshain Ost (101.7), followed by Friedenau with 99 sales per thousand apartments.
