This is a Spanish medical question-answering dataset containing 6,290 question-answer pairs, divided into training, validation, and test sets. The dataset is based on doctor-patient dialogues and is associated with corresponding clinical records. The question-answer pairs are divided into questions that need an answer and questions that do not. The questions that need an answer are further divided into questions with answers and questions without answers. The dataset follows the SQuAD v2.0 format and provides three different question configurations: only question, question with intent, and only intent.
