The volume shows dates of sittings of Quarter Sessions and for each case: name of defendant, number of case heard on date of each sitting, nature of charge, notes whether Bill found true in law, verdict and (if applicable) sentence. In some cases the plea of the defendant is noted. The sessions included were held at: Liverpool (November 1824-January 1828); Campbelltown (July 1828-November 1838); and Parramatta (February 1825-October 1831).
