Results from [2605.11063] Electronic Direct Detection of Light Dark Matter with Intermediate-Mass Mediators for DM-electron scattering rates in background-free Si and Ge targets, and projected DAMIC-M sensitivity ([2503.14617] Probing Benchmark Models of Hidden-Sector Dark Matter with DAMIC-M), to sub-GeV dark matter models with 'intermediate-mass' mediators between the light and heavy mediator regimes. Calculations/Files Included: Data/ - Binned scatter rate calculations for all notebooks. Si_mediator_analysis.ipynb - background free Si target. Ge_mediator_analysis.ipynb - background free Si target. DAMIC_M_analysis.ipynb - Projected Sensitivity of DAMIC-M, with backgrounds. output_parser/ - Auxiliary files for parsing outputs.
