Strategic noise maps of roads dependent on the Junta de Comunidad de Castilla_La Mancha

Directive 2002/49/EC on the assessment and management of environmental noise and Law 37/2003 of 17 November 2003 on noise, which transposes it, and Royal Decree 1513/2005 of 16 December 2003 implementing Law 37/2003 of 17 November 2003 on the assessment and management of environmental noise and Royal Decree 1367/2007 of 19 October 2007 implementing Law 37/2003, of 17 November, the Noise, with regard to acoustic zoning, quality objectives and acoustic emissions, which develop it, set out the obligation to carry out Noise Maps of major roads (with traffic exceeding 6,000,000 veh/year, in the first phase, and with traffic exceeding 3,000,000 veh/year, in the second phase), as well as the corresponding Action Plans.《关于环境噪声评估与管理的2002/49/EC号指令（Directive 2002/49/EC），以及2003年11月17日颁布的第37/2003号噪声相关法律（该法律为前述欧盟指令的国内转化文本；此外，2005年12月16日颁布的第1513/2005号皇家法令（用于实施2003年11月17日的第37/2003号法律，涵盖环境噪声的评估与管理），以及2007年10月19日颁布的第1367/2007号皇家法令（用于实施2003年11月17日的第37/2003号噪声相关法律）。上述法规在声学区划（acoustic zoning）、质量目标与声学排放（acoustic emissions）领域细化了相关要求，明确规定需编制主要道路的噪声地图（Noise Maps），其中第一阶段要求年车流量超过600万车次，第二阶段要求年车流量超过300万车次，同时需同步制定相应的行动计划（Action Plans）。
