Prospective Assessment of Nasal Airway Function After Primary Open Rhinoplasty

Dataset for: Prospective Assessment of Nasal Airway Function After Primary Open Rhinoplasty This dataset contains anonymized prospective data collected from patients undergoing primary open rhinoplasty for aesthetic indications. All participants reported no subjective nasal obstruction before surgery. Patients were evaluated preoperatively and at 3 months postoperatively using both subjective and objective measures of nasal airway function. Variables included: Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation (NOSE) score Peak Nasal Inspiratory Flow (PNIF) measurements Endoscopic nasal valve assessment Nasolabial angle measurements Demographic and clinical characteristics The purpose of the dataset is to assess changes in nasal airway function following primary open rhinoplasty in patients without preoperative nasal obstruction. All data have been deidentified prior to deposition to protect patient confidentiality. This dataset supports the findings reported in the manuscript entitled "Prospective Assessment of Nasal Airway Function After Primary Open Rhinoplasty".
