Operating cases

Dataset for operational cases (files in CSV format):
1.1. List of operating files;
1.2. Operational file documents;
2. List of operational cases — the dataset includes information on all established operating cases. The dataset for the operation file shall contain the following data:
2.1. The number of the operation file;
2.2. Designation of the cadastre of the structure;
2.3. The main use of the structure;
2.4. Address;
2.5. Sign of arbitrary construction, if installed;
3. Operational case documents — the data set includes information on the documents that have been registered in the operation file, including the documents that were attached to the home case document list at the construction of the operation file. The data set for each document shall contain the following data:
3.1. Type of document;
3.2. The name of the document, if indicated;
3.3. The number of the document, if indicated;
3.4. The date of the document;
3.5. The publisher, if indicated;
3.6. Remarks — depending on the type of document:
3.6.1. Documents of the building authority and control authorities — if the document contains a mark on arbitrary construction, the text “arbitrary construction has been detected” shall be indicated.
3.6.2. Technical survey opinion — “It is periodic” if the opinion is a periodic, overall assessment of the opinion on compliance with essential requirements.
