Entry data of different stages of development of agricultural crops from ordering to harvest (annual reporter, historical)

ASCII. In a file PH_Annual Detector* all observations on each plant (e.g. oats) are with
a fixed object_id (e.g. 208). The rows are sorted by Stations_id, Reference Year, Phase_id. Each line corresponds to the entry of a phase. A list of all stations is available at: https://opendata.dwd.de/climate_environment/CDC/help/

Permanent grassland, winter wheat, winter rye, winter barley, winter rapeseed, summer wheat, summer barley, oats, sunflower, maize, potato, early potato — not pre-criminated, early potato — pre-crimped, late potato, green pick bean, green pick peas, tomato, white cabbage, alfalfa, beet, beet, forage beet, sugar beet.
The phenological observers carry out observation sessions in a defined area. A station ID has been assigned to this area by the measurement network management. As soon as the phases to be observed have occurred, the observer shall note the
Dates in the diary for phenological observations. Agricultural crops are always observed in the same field for annual reports from order to harvest. Observers shall send the template containing the collected data to network management for collection of the database at the end of the year. The template will be replaced in the long term by the online transmission of the data (2018: about 50 % of observers).
