Ovarian mRNA expression levels were analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR following bisphenol A and resveratrol exposure in younger and reproductively aged mice.Gene expression data include apoptotic, antioxidant, and spindle-related markers normalized to an internal control. The data support analysis of age- and treatment-dependent transcriptional changes in mouse ovaries.
