Transcriptome profiling of corpus luteum (CL) and endometrium during early pregnancy in Finnsheep, Texel and their F1-crosses.. SOMICS-2

This study is continuation of SOMICS project(see PRJEB22101 ). PRJEB22101 includes Ovarian RNA-Seq data that was sequenced before ewes were pregnant (follicular growth phase). The data in this study come from corpus luteum (CL) and endometrium of same individuals (excluding few from each breed) and represent pre-implantation phase of the pregnancy.
