Quantifying extracellular vesicle heterogeneity: The effect of process conditions on protein cargo for skin therapy

The curated database of exosome proteomics and corresponding R files used to evaluate EV heterogeneity are provided. Updated to include additional proteomic data identified during the review stage (including a csv file containing a list of proteins identified within articles). Review_analysis code now includes updated figures.本研究提供了用于评估细胞外囊泡（Extracellular Vesicles, EV）异质性的外泌体蛋白质组学精选数据库及配套R脚本文件。 本次更新补充了审稿阶段鉴定得到的新增蛋白质组学数据，其中包含一个记录已发表文献中鉴定蛋白列表的逗号分隔值（Comma-Separated Values, CSV）文件。Review_analysis代码现已包含更新后的可视化图表。
