A gene set collection of RBP target genes

A gene set collection of RNA-binding protein (RBP) targets derived from publicly available eCLIP data. Contains the gene set collection in gmt format as well as R-scripts and gene lists for creating the gene set collection and performing several types of functional enrichment analyses (FEA) with the collection.本数据集为基于公开获取的eCLIP实验数据构建的RNA结合蛋白（RNA-binding protein, RBP）靶基因集合集。其包含gmt格式的基因集合集文件，以及用于构建该基因集合集、并基于此合集开展多种功能富集分析（functional enrichment analyses, FEA）的R脚本与基因列表。
