Data set of phase-field studies of permeability evolution in open fractures during precipitation and dissolution

The numerical data in this repository consists of the simulation data of crystallization and dissolution processes in open fractures on microscale. The simulations were performed using the software package "Pace3D". The simulation data shows intermediate crystal growth and dissolution stages with fluid flow computations. The data was converted from Pace3D output data format to VTK data format. The VTK files can be visualized using open source software packages like Paraview. The data files in the zip-folders are also compressed (file format *.xz). For visualization the data has to be decompressed with e.g. xz or 7zip.本仓库收录的数值数据，为微尺度下开放裂隙内结晶与溶解过程的模拟数据。本次模拟通过Pace3D软件包完成，模拟数据呈现了伴随流体流动计算的晶体生长与溶解中间阶段的结果。该数据已从Pace3D的输出格式转换为VTK数据格式，可借助ParaView等开源软件包对VTK文件进行可视化。zip压缩包内的数据文件还采用*.xz格式进行了压缩，若需开展可视化工作，需使用xz或7-Zip等工具完成数据解压。
