This map service divides the regional territory into the following classes:High agricultural value (score & 90): it includes soils characterised by good use capacity, suitable for all crops or with moderate agricultural limitations and/or by the presence of profitable crops (arable crops, orchards, vineyards, meadows and pastures – in particular those located in typical production areas – horticultural crops and garden gardens, etc.). The class therefore includes soils with high and very high production value, which are particularly valuable from the agricultural point of view.Modern agricultural value (indicative score 65/70-90): this includes soils suitable for agriculture and intended for arable land or meadows and pastures, but with various crop limitations and sometimes subject to erosion and failure, in particular in mountainous areas. The class therefore includes soils with less productive value, on which the agrosilvopastoral activity often performs important functions of environmental protection and enhancement of the landscape.Agricultural value low or absent (indicative score & 65/70): it includes natural areas, not affected by agricultural activities (such as forests, chestnut groves, marsh and grassland vegetation, bushes and all other natural areas in general) and marginal agricultural areas (such as golenal areas, steep slopes and/or prone to failure) and abandoned or abandoned areas with no significant potential for recovery to agricultural activity. in addition to the built-up areas, infrastructures, quarries, landfills, degraded areas and in general all areas subject to human transformations of a non-agricultural nature are among the urbanised areas.Water areas (2000 value): bodies of water, lakes. rivers.Other non-soil areas (value 3000): glaciers, rocky outcrops, sterile areas and in general characterised by the absence of soil and/or vegetation. In the section Download document it is possible to download the data and related documentation.
