VPRS 4768 Outwards Letter Book

This series of a letter book which used to create and retain copies of letters sent by the Council. Each volume includes copies of the entire letter made onto tissue paper by the letter press method.

本系列书信集用于制作并留存理事会发出的书信副本。每一卷均收录通过凸版印刷法（letter press method）将整封书信复制至薄页纸（tissue paper）上得到的完整副本。
