Employees Synclusive Joint Dataset

This file contains preliminary and anonymised data on employees involved in various upskilling, employability, and professional development interventions across multiple European countries, in SYNCLUSIVE Project. The dataset is structured to support longitudinal analyses, with measurements collected at different points in time: T0 – Baseline: Before the intervention T1 – Mid-term follow-up T2 – Final follow-up Contains anonymised data on employees who participated in professional development and upskilling interventions, enabling analysis of skills, motivation, and performance outcomes. Main variable groups: Identification and context: Country, intervention type, sector, job role, Unique_ID, Living Lab, region Socio-demographic characteristics: Age, gender, education level, professional experience Training and learning: Participation in courses, workshops, or trainings, certifications obtained Skills and psychosocial outcomes: Motivation, self-efficacy, work attitude, and performance Professional outcomes: Promotions, role changes, performance evaluations (T1, T2)本数据集包含SYNCLUSIVE项目中，欧洲多国参与各类技能提升、就业赋能与职业发展干预项目的员工的预处理匿名数据。 本数据集支持纵向分析，共在三个时间节点采集测量数据： T0——基线阶段：干预实施前 T1——中期随访 T2——终期随访 本数据集涵盖参与职业发展与技能提升干预项目的员工匿名数据，可用于分析其技能水平、工作动机与绩效表现等结果。 主要变量组包括： 1. 身份与背景信息：国家、干预类型、所属行业、工作岗位、唯一识别码（Unique_ID）、生活实验室（Living Lab）、所属区域 2. 社会人口学特征：年龄、性别、教育程度、职业工作年限 3. 培训与学习情况：参与课程、工作坊或培训项目的经历，所获认证资质 4. 技能与社会心理结果：工作动机、自我效能感、工作态度与绩效表现 5. 职业发展结果：职级晋升、岗位变动、绩效评估结果（T1、T2）
