Sequencing of gut microbiota diversity

This dataset contains 16S rRNA sequencing data of gut microbiota samples collected from 10 individual mice. The study aims to investigate the composition and diversity of gut microbiota under different health conditions. Collect samples from healthy control mice and ischemic stroke mice, and sequence them using the Illumina NovaSeq platform. These data will be used to identify potential microbial biomarkers associated with ischemic stroke. This study is part of a broader effort to understand the role of gut microbiota in the occurrence, development, and prognosis of ischemic stroke.
