TELENEO: Teledermatology of actinic keratosis and field cancerization

Dataset of 636 patient swith 1000 keratotic lesions and diagnosis of three teledermatologists in three stages. Stage 1: First evaluation of the 3 teledermatologists Stage 2: Second evaluation of the 3 teledermatologists Stage 3: Face-to-face diagnosis of the 3 teledermatologists (separately and final consensus or diagnosis by biopsy).

本数据集涵盖636例患者的1000例角化性皮损（keratotic lesions）样本，由3名远程皮肤病医师（teledermatologists）分三阶段完成诊断工作。阶段1：3名远程皮肤病医师的首次评估；阶段2：3名远程皮肤病医师的第二次评估；阶段3：3名远程皮肤病医师的面对面诊断（各自独立完成诊断后，最终通过活检（biopsy）达成共识或出具正式诊断结果）。
