To explore the underlying changes during the DNA damage in CBFB-MYH11 (CM) preleukemic hematopoietic stem cell and progenitor cells, we performed RNA-seq for CM-LSK, and control (Ctrl)-LSK cells at no IR (NIR) and 24h after irridiation (IR). Overall design: The LSK population (Lin-Sca1+ckit+) was sorted out from the bone marrow of preleukemic stage Cbfb-MYH11 mice and wild-type mice and exposed to irridiation (3.5Gy). Twenty-four hours after the irridiation, cells were harvested and sujected to RNA extraction. LSK cells went through the same incubation process without irridiation were collected as control.
