资源简介:
Tibetan sheep on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau suffer from severe nutrient stress. However, a large amount of agricultural by-products in the area are discarded and wasted. This study attempted to treat these agricultural by-products by bio-fermented to investigate the effects on production performance, rumen microorganisms and nutrient transport of rumen epithelial in Tibetan sheep. The results showed that bio-fermented diet not only improved the production performance of Tibetan sheep, but also changed the rumen microbial community and increased the relative abundance of fibrolytic bacteria in the rumen. In addition, bio-fermented diet also promoted the development of rumen epithelial. Therefore, bio-fermented diet not only makes rational use of agricultural by-products and has important guiding significance for the actual production of Tibetan sheep.
