VPRS 11785 Contract Register

This series registered and summarised contracts let by the Authority. Section 251 of the Water Act 1890 (No.1156), and similar provisions in later Water Acts stated that contract registers were to specify the several works to be done and the materials to be furnished and the prices to be paid for the same and the times within which the said works are to be completed and the said materials to be furnished.

本系列数据集对主管当局签订的各类合同进行登记与汇总。1890年《水法》（第1156号）第251条及后续《水法》中的同类条款均明确要求，合同登记册需列明拟实施的各项工程、需供应的物料、对应各项工程与物料的价款，以及前述工程竣工与物料交付的时限。
