Open Wild Wheat Consortium Variant Call Format file using TA1695 reference Genome

Whole genome sequencing (7-30X) of Aegilops tauschii accessions (306) were aligned to reference genome tauschii accession TA1695 using bwa (v0.7.17), variants were called using BCFtools (v1.9) and filtered and recalled using a custom awk script. The md5sum for the vcf is 78f9ff7f85a8472be9e739adf1d27800.针对306份节节麦（Aegilops tauschii）种质开展了测序深度为7-30倍的全基因组测序，使用bwa（v0.7.17）将测序数据比对至节节麦参考基因组种质TA1695；随后采用BCFtools（v1.9）进行变异位点识别，并通过自定义awk脚本完成变异位点的过滤与重调用。该VCF（Variant Call Format）文件的md5校验和为78f9ff7f85a8472be9e739adf1d27800。
