IODP Expedition 391 Ion chromatography

Cation and anion concentration in interstitial water samples was measured by ion chromatography using a conductivity detector. Cation analytes include calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. Anion analytes include chloride, sulfate, and bromide.采用离子色谱（ion chromatography）法结合电导检测器（conductivity detector），对孔隙水（interstitial water）样品中的阴、阳离子浓度进行了测定。本次检测的阳离子待测物包括钙（calcium）、镁（magnesium）、钾（potassium）以及钠（sodium）；阴离子待测物涵盖氯离子（chloride）、硫酸根（sulfate）与溴离子（bromide）。
