North-Western Palaearctic species of Pristiphora (Hymenoptera, Tenthredinidae): alignment files and results of phylogenetic analyses

Data from Prous et al. (2017). The zip file contains three alignment files of COI (cox1_BINs.fas), nuclear (nuc_122.fas, NaK + TPI), and combined (prist3_113.fas, COI + nuclear) genes. Results of phylogenetic analyses from CIPRES Science Gateway V. 3.3 are in folders Cipres_Data_cox1_BINs and Cipres_Data_prist3_113. Alignment file "nuc_122.fas" was used to calculate net synonymous divergence between species.
