IDSL.UFA results for THSTI-CVD study (ST002044)

Serum samples from CVD patients in the Safdarganj Hospital New Delhi were analyzed for untargeted metabolomics using a Thermo Fusion instrument by the THSTI metabolomics facility. Raw data were processed using the IDSL.IPA and IDSL.UFA software for the annotation of molecular formula.印度新德里萨夫德甘杰医院（Safdarganj Hospital New Delhi）的心血管疾病（Cardiovascular Disease, CVD）患者的血清样本，由THSTI代谢组学平台使用Thermo Fusion仪器开展非靶向代谢组学分析。原始数据通过IDSL.IPA与IDSL.UFA软件进行处理，以完成分子式注释。
