This dataset contains all raw prevalence data of Cryptosporidium infection in cattle and sheep/goats in China, extracted risk-factor information (e.g. age, region, management), and the complete R scripts used for data cleaning, meta-analysis, subgroup and meta-regression analyses. These files allow full transparency and reproducibility of the published study.本数据集包含中国境内牛、绵羊与山羊的全部隐孢子虫（Cryptosporidium）感染原始流行率数据，同时提取了相关风险因素信息（如年龄、地域、饲养管理模式），以及用于数据清洗、荟萃分析、亚组分析与元回归分析的完整R脚本。上述文件可保障本已发表研究的完全透明度与可复现性。
