Land Value Data - Housing Market

DVF is a tax database produced by the Directorate General of Public Finance (DGFiP). It makes it possible to obtain, free of charge, data showing the land values of all property and land transactions for consideration over the last five years. The data have been reworked to be analyzed on the territory of Dijon Métropole. They concern the period 2014-2023.
