"On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.2021 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council" the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal is organized, which are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager "Kharkiv City Council" according to the Harvesting procedure.依据2021年10月21日哈尔科夫市市长（Kharkiv Mayor）签发的《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规定〉的命令》，现组织在哈尔科夫开放数据门户（Kharkiv Open Data Portal）发布信息管理方的开放数据集，此类数据集将按照数据采集规程（Harvesting procedure）自动同步至统一国家开放数据门户（Unified State Open Data Portal）中"哈尔科夫市议会（Kharkiv City Council）"管理办公室名下。
