Raw data on amniotic fluid proteomics in rats

These data are related to a study carried out to describe the protein changes in the amniotic fluid of rats submitted to the subchronic effects of paraben. 24 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 6/group) in control (corn oil as administration vehicle), paraben 10 (10 mg/kg), paraben 100 (100 mg/kg ) and paraben 200 (200 mg/kg). Rats were treated daily with propyl (propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate) and butylparaben (butyl 4-hydroxybenzoate). After 90 days of treatment, the animals were euthanized, and the amniotic fluid was collected and prepared for proteomics (ESI Q-TOF MS/MS).
