Transcriptional profiling of CCs derived from embryonic day (E) 13.5 wild type (WT) mouse hepatoblasts treated with or without VIP. Dlk-positive hepatoblasts derived from E13.5 livers of WT mice with a C57B/6J background were cultured and induced into CCs in a three dimensional (3D)-culture system, preceeded by 7-day two dimensional (2D) pre-culture. VIP or vehicle was added in the culture media during the 3D culture and the cells were harvested on the 12th day of 3D culture. The samples were a mixture of triplicated wells for each group.
