Italy: essential characteristics of the bank of the future 2018

The graph presents the results of a survey on the characteristics of the bank of the future according to Italian users in 2018. Users were asked to vote the essential characteristics of the bank of the future on a scale from 1 to 10 (where 1 means not important and 10 means very important). Among the essential characteristics, Italian users chose the absence of costs for basic service (with a score of 8.8/10), transparency (8.5/10) and quick transactions (8.3). On the other hand, users considered the possibility to receive personalized advice on their habits and on their financial purchases and management less important (7/10 and 7.1/10 respectively).
