Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome Single Cell RNA Sequencing

Single cell transcriptome analysis was performed on one Hypoplastic Left Heart Synrome (HLHS) cell line and one control cell line. To compare the transcriptomic profiles of control versus disease state, induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) isolated from one HLHS patient (146-001) and one control (WTC) underwent cardiac directed differentiation. 10X Genomics Chromium single cell isolation (3' reagent Kit, version 3) and RNA sequencing was performed on Day 30 WTC and 146-001 iPSC-derived cardiomyoctes.
