Statistical grid on type of owner

This dataset represents the rates of owner types per square kilometre.

It can be distinguished:
— State property
— The properties of the municipalities
— The properties of trade unions
— The properties of the funds
— The properties of the ‘public domain’: These are roads and rivers that do not have a cadastral number. These properties belong either to the municipalities or to the State, but it is not possible to make this distinction in the present dataset
— Cumulative properties of all public actors
— The properties of other actors.

For each km², the number of m² and the percentage (in surface) of each type of property are shown.

These data are derived from NCP geometries (digitised cadastral plan) and data from owners from the PF (land advertising).

— TOP_LEFT: Odometer cell identifier
— Municipality: Area in m² of areas belonging to a municipality
— State: Area in m² of areas owned by the State
— Domain_public: Area in m² of “non-cadastral” areas
—Other: Surface area in m² of areas belonging to no public actor
— Trade union: Area in m² of areas belonging to a trade union
— Commune_percent: Percentage of areas owned by a municipality
—State_percent: Percentage of State-owned areas
— Domain_public_percent: Percentage of “non-cadastral” areas
— Other_percent: Percentage of areas owned by no public actor
— Syndicat_percent: Percentage of areas belonging to a trade union
— Commune_State: Area in m² of areas belonging to a municipality and the State
— Commune_State_percent: Percentage of areas owned by a municipality and the State
— Syndicat_Syndicat: Area in m² of areas belonging to several trade unions
— Syndicat_Syndicat_percent: Percentage of areas belonging to several trade unions
— Commune_Commune_percent: Percentage of areas in more than one municipality
