Epidural morphine non-inferiority study

This is the full supplementary package for the trial "Efficacy of two doses of epidural morphine for post-cesarean delivery analgesia: a randomized non-inferiority trial" published in <em>Anesthesia &amp; Analgesia</em>. All data and statistical code is included, allowing the user to fully replicate all of the analyses in the trial. <strong>See instructions.txt for all information.</strong>
