The data is collected from school teachers on their perception of principals' leadership styles and their personal commitment. There are seven dimensions of leadership styles namely; Transactional Task, Transactional Reward, Transactional Intervention, Transformational Supportive, Transformational Recognition, Transformational corrective, and Transformational expectation. There are three dimensions measuring the personal commitment of teachers namely; commitment to self-development, commitment to student development, and commitment to institutions' development. Total scores or mean scores could be used for analysis. The dataset does not deviate from normality based on skewness and kurtosis test and is reliable based on Cronbach alpha values
本数据集采集自学校教师,用于获取教师对校长领导风格的感知评价及其个人职业投入情况。校长领导风格共包含7个维度,分别为交易型任务(Transactional Task)、交易型奖励(Transactional Reward)、交易型干预(Transactional Intervention)、变革型支持(Transformational Supportive)、变革型认可(Transformational Recognition)、变革型纠偏(Transformational Corrective)以及变革型期望(Transformational Expectation)。用于衡量教师个人投入的维度共3项,分别为自我发展投入、学生发展投入与院校发展投入。分析时可采用总分或平均分作为统计指标。经偏度与峰度检验,本数据集符合正态分布;基于克朗巴哈α系数(Cronbach alpha)检验,其信度良好。
