Production and Downtime Data and estimates of Semi-Automatic Stretch Blow Molding January to July 2025

The file contains production data and estimates used to calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of PET bottle production using semi-automatic stretch blow machine. It also contains the downtime records and the causes of downtime, mapped to the Six Big Losses Analysis. The data collected was from January 2025 up to July 2025.本数据集包含用于计算采用半自动拉伸吹塑机生产PET瓶的设备综合效率（Overall Equipment Effectiveness, OEE）的生产数据与估算值。同时还包含停机记录与停机原因数据，并已映射至六大损失分析法框架。本次采集的数据覆盖2025年1月至2025年7月。
