Parcel

The Originating dataset is updated monthly. Change is possible. Parcel data is generated from shapes created and updated by the Dallas Central Appraisal District (DCAD) and the Collin Central Appraisal District (CCAD). The shapes are then joined together using the CCAD Parcel schema minus certain unneeded fields The parcels contain a large amount of data such as site address, owner information, year built. Parcels with multiple ownership, such as condominiums, show first owner of record only. When a property gets replated the CAD # will say 'CAD PENDING' until we receive the new CAD # from the appropriate Appraisal District.本原始数据集按月更新，存在变更可能。地块数据源自达拉斯中央评估区（Dallas Central Appraisal District, DCAD）与科林中央评估区（Collin Central Appraisal District, CCAD）创建并更新的宗地轮廓数据。随后将上述宗地轮廓数据按照科林中央评估区地块数据模式合并，并剔除部分非必要字段。宗地数据涵盖丰富信息维度，包括场地地址、业主信息、建筑建造年份。存在多重所有权的宗地（如共管公寓）仅展示首位登记的业主信息。当宗地完成重新登记后，其CAD（Central Appraisal District）编号将显示为"CAD PENDING"，直至我们从对应评估区获取新的CAD编号。
