GCIP/NESOB-97 Surface: 15-Minute Precipitation Composite. Version 1.0

The Fifteen Minute Precipitation Composite was formed from two data sources (i.e., National Climatic Data Center Fifteen Minute Precipitation data, and the precipitation data extracted from the Department Of Energy (DOE) Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Surface (ARMSFC) five minute surface data. Data from these sources were quality controlled and merged to form this precipitation composite.

本15分钟降水合成数据集（Fifteen Minute Precipitation Composite）依托两类数据源构建而成：其一为美国国家气候数据中心（National Climatic Data Center）的15分钟降水数据；其二为从美国能源部（Department of Energy, DOE）大气辐射测量地面（Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Surface, ARMSFC）5分钟地面观测数据中提取的降水资料。所有源数据均经过质量控制流程，并经融合处理后形成该降水合成数据集。
