This dataset contains the code and data to reproduce the analysis from Evans et al. 2018 "Carry-over effects of urban larval environments on the transmission potential of dengue-2 virus". <i>Parasites and Vectors</i>.<br>Code should be run in numbered order to process raw data into clean, run analyses, and create figures.<br>Information on individual data files is in metadata.md file in `data` folder.<br>
