资源简介:
This dataset contains research data used to prepare the publication:Kowalczyk-Gajewska K., Maj M., Bieniek K., Majewski M., Opiela K.C., Zieliński T.G. "Cubic elasticity of porous materials produced by additive manufacturing: experimental analyses, numerical and mean-field modeling". Archives of Civil and Mechanical Engineering, Vol.24 (2024), 34 (22 pages). DOI: 10.1007/s43452-023-00843-z.This research was supported by the National Science Centre (NCN), Poland, under grant agreement 2021/41/B/ST8/04492.All data are provided in columns in ASCII (.txt) files.Files with names starting with the word "ANALYTIC" contain analytical estimations of elastic constants (with respect to the porosity of the material) using Voigt, Mori-Tanaka, or custer method, as specified in the filename. These results were obtained using codes written in MATLAB.Files with names starting with the acronym "FEM" contain results of numercial calculations of elastic constants (with respect to the porosity of the material) using the Finite Element Method. These results were obtained using COMSOL Multiphysics. The acronyms "RC", "BCC", and "FCC" used in the file names stand for "regular cubic", "body-centered cubic", and "face-centered cubic", respectively. They refer to the arrangement of spherical pores in a cubic cell.In each file, the vales of elastic material constants are given in columns in relation to the porosity of the material, which is related to the solid fraction. Porosity and solid fraction are related to the ratio of the pore diameter to the cell edge.Explanation of column names (labels):Dp/Lc = pore diameter to cell edge ratioPorosity = porositySolidFr = solid fractionK = bulk modulusE = Young modulus (isotropy)Ee = Young modulus (along the cell edge)Ed = Young modulus (along the cell diagonal)G = shear modulus (isotropy)Ge = shear modulus (along the cell edge)Ge = shear modulus (along the cell diagonal)nu = Poisson coefficient (isotropy)nue = Poisson coefficient (along the cell edge)nud = Poisson coefficient (along the cell diagonal)
