Speedtest broadband performance by AUS Federal Electorate

This dataset analyses Speedtest Open Data by Australian Federal Electorate. Original dataset was Q1, 2020. Now updated (v.3) with Q1, 2021.<br>Analysis of GPS coordinates to Federal Electorate, thanks to E Helderop.<br>Jupyter analysis by Ferrers.<br>NB: There are a number of locations that don't match to an electorate. This is about 5% of the data. For 2020, 4195 rows (from total 87k rows). For 2021, 3875 rows (from total 79k rows). Rows are described in missingElectorate.csv file.See link to Google Map, showing missing Electorate points - they look like they are all in the water.<br>Errata: noted missing data, when lowercase letters in electorate name, did not match with Electorate file eg Eden-Monaro, McPherson, McEwen, McMahon, O'Connor.
