By regular analyses and high-throughput sequencing (Illumina Miseq), we study the effects of three year N (0, 7.5, 15 g N m-2 year-1) and P (0, 7.5, 15 and 30 g P2O5 m-2 year-1) addition on the soil chemical properties, AMF colonization, OTU richness, diversity index and community composition.. 资源简介:
【Objective】To investigate the responses of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) community to nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) in the middle-high altitude area of Qinghai-Tibetan alpine meadow, and have a better knowledge of the effects of fertilization on alpine meadow AMF community.【Method】By regular analyses and high-throughput sequencing (Illumina Miseq), we study the effects of three year N (0, 7.5, 15 g N m-2 year-1) and P (0, 7.5, 15 and 30 g P2O5 m-2 year-1) addition on the soil chemical properties, AMF colonization, OTU richness, diversity index and community composition.【Result】36 AMF OTU from seven families were detected in this study. The addition of N, P and their interaction effect has no influence on AMF colonization, OTU richness and diversity index. Compared to light N addition treatments, the high N input treatment decrease the relative abundance of Glomeraceae. SOC, NO-N, AM and TP are the factors which impacted the AMF community.【Conclusion】The responses of AMF community to N and P addition in middle-high altitude alpine meadow are different from those in low altitude alpine meadow in Qinghai-Tibetan plateau. Further studies need to conduct in higher altitude alpine meadow and start the researches on AMF function.
