This dataset contains the processed feature matrix (CSV format) exported from an MZmine project. The data were obtained from LC-MS/MS analysis (MS1 and MS2 levels) of Muscari neglectum bulb extracts, along with procedural blanks.The dataset includes:Feature intensity table in CSV format, processed with MZmine.Annotations of features detected in blanks and samples.Raw experimental design (samples vs. blanks).
