Phenological landscape classes and landscape metrics of Denmark, 2018–2025 (Sentinel-2, eight spatial supports)
收藏资源简介:
Companion data for an article by the same authors on composition and configuration trends in Danish farmland, 2018–2025, and their dependence on spatial scale (under review); the record holds the data behind every table and figure of the article and of its supplementary material. Continental Denmark was classified each year from 2018 to 2025 into four phenological classes, from the shape of the annual Sentinel-2 NDVI trajectory, with no crop or land-cover label. The record contains the classified national maps, the k-selection diagnostics and NDVI profiles of the classes, and the Shannon diversity index, edge density and patch density of every cell of eight square grids (250 to 5000 m) for every year and for the eight-year composite. It also contains the results of the trend, metric-coupling, trajectory-cohort, persistence, population-density and soil-texture analyses, the comparison with the Danish crop register and with the Basemap05 land-cover map, and the convergence diagnostics of every reported model. Each subfolder is a zip archive with its own README. Third-party source data are not redistributed; see README.md.
