A dataset of genotypes called across the P. falciparum genome called jointly across severe and mild cases in The Gambia (1988-90) and severe cases from The Gambia and Kenya

This release contains genetic variation in the Plasmodium falciparum genome called across three datasets from two populations associated with this preprint.
